Telkomsel Wavesecure services presented through an application developed by TenCube. Application of this Wavescure indeed has long been known as the 'all-in-one solution' to protect mobile data.
There are three main features offered by Wavesecure namely Lock & Wipe, Backup & Restore and Location & SIM Tracking
Lock & wipe, meaning users can lock the phone remotely and can erase all data stored in the mobile phone. Then Backup & Restore will offer convenience to backup and restore phone data. Data backed up through Wavescure phone can also be accessed online.
The last feature is offered Wavecure SIM Location & Tracking. If the phone is lost or stolen, including if the thief change your SIM card, Wavesecure will be able to track the location of the mobile phone.
Telkomsel Wavesecure services can be enjoyed by all users either Telkomsel kartuHALO, Simpati and AS. with direct access from the phone via * 989 # menu of your browser. But before Telkomsel customers to register and download the application Wavesecure, press *989*2# then select Register.
The cost of this services is Rp. 5,000 for Java based phones and Rp. 10,000 for users of Android phones, Blackberry, Symbian S60 and Windows Mobile smartphones.
